Results & how it works

When will I see results?

Texture usually changes first — skin feels smoother within 1–2 weeks. Visible change to bumps and rough patches tends to land around week 3–4, with the kind of before/after you’d photograph closer to week 8. Skin is slow; consistency beats intensity.

What actually causes rough, bumpy skin?

Most often it’s keratin building up around hair follicles (keratosis pilaris) plus a barrier that’s short on lipids. It’s genetic and extremely common — not a hygiene problem, and not something you can scrub away. Our routine dissolves the buildup with acids and rebuilds the barrier with skin-identical oils.

Do I need all three products?

No — each works on its own. But they’re designed as a sequence: the wash resurfaces, the serum treats between showers, the oil seals. If you’re starting with one, the wash is the lowest-friction entry; the oil is the fastest “wow.” The full routine is where the lasting change happens.

Will it work on my skin tone / body part?

Yes. The actives are buffered and pH-tuned to work without the stripping or dark marks (PIH) that harsh scrubs can leave on deeper skin tones. It’s made for arms, thighs, shoulders, chest and back — anywhere below the neck.

Using the routine

How often should I use it?

Wash daily. Serum every other night for the first two weeks, then nightly if your skin is happy. Oil after every shower. New to acids? Go slower — 2–3 times a week and build up. The card in every order walks you through the ramp-up.

Can I use it with retinol or other actives?

Yes — just not stacked in the same session. Alternate nights so you’re not layering strong acids and retinol at once.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The formulas are buffered with soothing actives (cica, allantoin, panthenol) so they work without stripping. If your skin runs reactive, patch-test on a small area and start every other day. Skip anything actively inflamed or broken.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Because formulas and pregnancies vary, we ask you to check the ingredient list with your doctor or midwife before use. We’d rather you ask than guess.

Ingredients & making

Where is Pebble made?

Formulated and manufactured in Incheon, South Korea, to Korean face-care standards, then distributed from New York. It’s registered under the US MoCRA cosmetics regulation.

What’s your stance on ingredients?

Every ingredient has to do a job on your skin, or it’s not in the bottle. No dyes, no fillers, no fragrance added just to smell “clean.” Actives are dosed to work — not the trace amount that only exists to make a label claim.

Is it cruelty-free?

We don’t test on animals. Full ingredient lists are on every product page so you can check for yourself before you buy.

Shipping, returns & the guarantee

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

Use it for 30 days. If your skin doesn’t feel different, email us for a full refund — and you keep the bottle. No returns to ship back, no interrogation. It’s how we force ourselves to only sell formulas that actually work.

How much is shipping and how fast?

Free US shipping over $60. Orders ship from our New York warehouse, tracked, typically arriving in 3–5 business days.

Where do you ship?

Across the United States. If you’re outside the US and want Pebble, tell us — it helps us decide where to open next.

Subscription

How does the subscription work?

Pick auto-refill at checkout and your routine ships on your schedule — every 2 months for the Complete Routine — at an extra discount. You’re never locked in.

Is the free Pebble Glove really free?

Yes. Subscribe to the Complete Routine and the Exfoliating Glove is added to your order at no charge — you’re never billed for it.
