Shipping
- Free US shipping over $60. Under that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
- Ships from New York. Orders are packed and dispatched from our US warehouse.
- Delivery time. Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch, with tracking emailed to you.
- Where we ship. Across the United States. Outside the US and want Pebble? Tell us — it helps decide where we open next.
The 30-day guarantee
Use your Pebble for 30 days. If your skin doesn't feel different, email us for a full refund — and you keep the bottle. There's nothing to ship back and no interrogation. It's how we hold ourselves to only selling formulas that actually work.
Returns & refunds
- Changed your mind? If an unopened item isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort a return or refund.
- Arrived damaged or wrong? Send a photo to our team and we'll replace it or refund it — no need to return anything.
- Refund timing. Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Auto-refill orders can be skipped, paused, rescheduled, or cancelled anytime from your account — no minimum, no fee, no phone call. Manage everything in a couple of clicks.
